Maryland

Maryland is located on the East Coast of the United States with wonderful summer beach attractions and over 30 miles of Atlantic Ocean shoreline. To the north of Maryland you’ll find Pennsylvania, and to the south is Virginia. Located close to the U.S. capitol of Washington, D.C., the regions of Maryland include the eastern shore, known for the blue crab, a key ingredient in crab cakes and other delicious foods; southern Maryland and the Chesepeake Bay; Capital Region which borders D.C., and is a reminder that Maryland donated the land to the U.S. capital district; and central Maryland with Baltimore and Annapolis.

One prolific travel writer, Melody Moser, found Baltimore so intriguing that she wrote about it and shared the information about her trip with Vacation Travel Channel. Be sure to check out her story for tips on dining, activities and attractions, and ghosts. Read more about Baltimore from Moser.
