Florida is the beach and theme park vacation spot!
It’s no surprise that Florida excels in tourism. From the hidden jewels such as St. Augustine to well known cities of Miami, Palm Beach, and Orlando, Florida’s hospitality is one compelling reason vacationers visit the Sunshine State. It has all the theme parks you’ll find in California, and some such as Disney World Orlando are huge by Disneyland California standards.
In addition, Florida maintains a whopping cruise ship business, film studios, celebrity hang-outs, etc. In fact, some have begun to ask “What’s California got that Florida doesn’t?” Not much, really, except for California’s Gold Country (Old West) and Wine Country.
Got beaches? Yep! Florida has beaches galore. In addition to the water being warmer and clearer, the sand is sugary and lighter in color, making for spectacular vacation photos and videos. Its a softer, lovelier experience. What tourists really like, too, are the number of rentals along the beach and the affordability of such accommodations.
If you’re seeking a beach vacation, a cruise ship experience or theme park fun, Florida is jam-packed with all that and more. Museums, shopping, architectural style and dining with sizzle and spice make Florida an obvious choice for a vacation.
