Tartiflette baked with organic Pemberton spuds, Reblochon cheese and bacon, soul-warming on a crisp mountain night, so the pr person for the restaurant writes, certainly sound appealing. Perhaps it’s worth another trip to Whistler (haven’t been in a while).
